My Story

Licensed Psychologist

Why I Do This Work?

I know what it’s like to carry the weight of high expectations, to juggle the needs of others while trying to stay grounded yourself. I’m a psychologist, yes, but I’m also a mother, a partner, a business owner, and someone who has faced the messy, beautiful, and painful parts of life head-on. I believe healing doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from connection, compassion, and the courage to look honestly at what’s not working.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a crisis, or simply trying to understand yourself better, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered. I combine deep clinical training with a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental approach. I’ll challenge you when needed, laugh with you when it helps, and walk beside you every step of the way. Therapy isn’t forever, but the insight and strength you gain from it can be.

You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t have to have it all figured out before we begin. Just show up as you are. I’ll meet you there.

My Mission

At Meadow Grace Forensic & Clinical Psychology, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological services that foster clarity, healing, and resilience. We are dedicated to walking alongside individuals, families, and systems through life’s most challenging moments, whether navigating personal growth, mental health concerns, or complex legal questions.

Subject Matter Expert

What is a Certified Threat Manager (CTM)?

As a Certified Threat Manager (CTM), I have completed rigorous training and testing in the assessment and management of targeted violence, including workplace threats, school safety concerns, stalking, and other forms of high-risk behavior. This credential, awarded by the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP), reflects a nationally recognized standard of excellence in violence risk assessment and behavioral threat management.

Certified Forensic Evaluator – Tennessee- I am certified by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services to conduct court-ordered forensic evaluations, including assessments of competency to stand trial and mental state at the time of the offense. This certification reflects advanced training in forensic psychology, legal standards, and expert testimony.
